Who doesn’t love chocolate chip cookies?
And if the base is made more chocolaty? Oh yum!
Instead of going the traditional route of brown sugar cookies with chocolate chips, I made dark chocolate cookie and mixed in white chocolate chips. The flavor is so intense that all the chocolate lovers will go for the second helping.
When making this recipe, simply replace about 1/4 cup to 1/2 cup of all purpose flour with cocoa powder. I like to use dutch processed cocoa for the rich dark flavor but any unsweetened cocoa can work just fine.
Enjoy this cookie with a glass of cold milk. The combination is divine.
